I don’t think you know enough about it to say the government can confiscate it, if stored on a proper device, without the seed phrase it is inaccessible.

The answer really is “it depends” because side letters are individually negotiated and it really just depends on what that investor’s pain point is that they are trying to solve.Another application would be for a seed investor.

Does no-till mean no weeding, just put the seed in and come back in the fall and harvest whatever nature has left on the vine?

I paid the tax on the seeds years ago and am now reaping the crops tax free.
