I spent over a decade in multi-phasic residential development before leaving the "W2 league" of things.

They don't even have two-factor authentication (e.g., SMS code on login), or at least don't enforce it for me since I chose to signup using Google.

Assorted things.Realistically, on a triplex that's not fully rehabbed, without assuming tenant damages I'd be factoring in roof, flooring, HVAC at minimum on nothing more than a 10 year cycle (5 is safer).

Lol.....Maybe I should develop a business model that installs them...for a slight additional fee.
