No offense meant, but I'm catching the breezes of guru and under the radar marketing.Now, a leader is one who influences others to act with enthusiasm  to do things they would not normally do.

Although I get your enthusiasm,  it seems like your motivation is to sell something or find investors.  

I love the plan as well as your excitement and enthusiasm.

It is just part of the way the site has developed and it's been that way since 2008 when I first joined.You have a lot of enthusiasm and are applying yourself to learn. 

There's a pretty constant flow of renters provided by the nearby Hill Air Force Base, students at Weber State University, or the locals with their enthusiasm for breeding.

All they need is a good mentor, and good work ethic, drive and enthusiasm, persistence, and smarts.  

Some of us others get side tracked and only get involved on a really regular basis when they are actively trying to learn or are in the process of buying, renovating, flipping etc.I love your enthusiasm and hope to meet you in person soon at a local REIA meeting.

@Bryan Brookes, love the enthusiasm and creative approach.Construction loans are possible and a lot easier to find than just a few years ago--assuming you have decent income right now.
