Beware those TV shows - many of them are made up or enhanced versions of reality.

I appreciate there are many people that use Bigger Pockets for boasting, enhancing their ego and networking.

Yes, my focus is definitely buy and hold but I can see that knowledge of certain aspects of wholesaling and fix/flip can further enhance the return on buy and hold strategy.

I currently own 7 units and have done multiple flips.I'd like to encourage other BP users to connect with me and start enhancing my network and knowledge.  

I would eat the extra expense and enjoy knowing that my reputation will be enhanced rather than denigrated because I didn't honor my quote.It's tough, but sometimes lessons are expensive.Best wishes,Matt
