With the newly launched Kingston fast ferry, commuters can get to downtown Seattle from Kingston in < 40 min.

Others are minutes away from downtown areas and may make a smarter choice.  

I have already talked to an agent that was recommended by a friend who has a couple of multi family houses in downtown Saratoga Springs and she is on the hunt for me as well!

I would say they would be great for college areas, possibly even downtown or north tacoma areas where lots of people are taking traveling short-long term jobs. 

Personally really liking duplexes (as close to downtown as possible) at the moment.

The crime rate there is low compared to downtown Chattanooga, but I'm not sure if Red Bank is an up-and-coming neighborhood, an established neighborhood, or a place people are fleeing.

For instance in downtown Jersey City i would say it is starting to get saturated and they keep putting up more and more buildings.
