Zero of them I expect to help me on  bad times, and they are only connected me to as is cause of the momentum and direction I go.

Their business plan to me was flawed based on what I was told but it was not direct from the source.It was my understanding they were buying loans from a company and were leveraging as well from that company where they would buy them for X, and pay points and interest on those loans.

if your doing a senior project I would suspect your best and most cost effective landing solution is going to be a local community bank that loves real estate.. in my experience most will want 50% down on the dirt and a ton of experience and a really strong balance sheet.Myself I always pay cash for the dirt this makes finding a lending partner much easier.

(I was communicated that their was a kitchenette permit pulled for the garage by my real estate agent during the purchase process. )Any suggestion for temporary solutions for this would be greatly appreciated.

You will have better luck going southwest to Fairmount.0.5 miles north of campus or directly east or west can put you into very unfavorable markets.
