Creating an LLC and all the different loan options are very foreign concepts to me. 

Financing as a foreign investor is tough and limited. 

Secondly, you should generally not use a Wyoming LLC to own a property in Tennessee directly without registering the entity in Tennessee as a foreign entity.

Not all states will recognize Texas series LLC, however, Texas is unique in that it will allow you to register out of state series LLCs also known as foreign series LLC.
