Don't know what your rental market is but cottages usually rent for a great price per square foot.  

My side of the street is the crust of union square with the cheese being the Park itself (#parktheory).

The home was a 1940s built Cape Cod- style cottage on a street called Bleachery in an area locals called “The Valley.”

Hi guys, I'm building my first STR cottage in Oliphant, Ontario, Canada just past Sauble Beach on the south bruce peninsula.

When I first noticed the annoyance of this, I sent email to BP support regarding this issue; reply came back that you can get a link to the last page from the first, which I have not been able to do using the BP mobile website via my iPhone, and the reply also had a comment about "moving the cheese".

For this reason we are starting to acquire vacant land or existing lots that can be subdivided and developing with prefabricated cottages. 

We own a condo in Gulf Shores and a beach cottage in Gulfport. 

My daughter lives in the property, with tenant in separate cottage in rear of property. 

My mother died last year and left our summer cottage in a trust consisting of myself and 5 siblings.

Our place was lumped in with small lake cottages up to multi million dollar log mansions.I will say that if the area has a ton of comparable units, the more accurate the data will be.
