Property is in okay condition but has some leaking pipes in basement and needs  a water line for the 2nd unit to have better water pressure.

We dont have any section 8 houses in Beachwood but in Shaker we have seen closer to 1650 (owner pays water and sewer).

Water temps too high, must be between 100 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit (at tap) 10.

City water and sewer, 55+ parks are a dream investment.

We actually just added a cool hot tub on top of a boulder at our property out in Kentucky.

I considered ordering the lender's inspection/appraisal, but this wasn't an option because the water and electricity are currently turned off, and HUD won't turn them back on until I have submitted earnest money of $2,000.
