I know the ultimate package of the BRRRR book comes with a supplemental long distance e-book specific to the BRRRR strategy, so would it be redundant to also read the full book on long distance investing?

Or an eBook PDF if you prefer.

@Mayerling Mejia i listed to the audio book, thought it was great and all very useful information. i didn't get the bonus content, but none of it interested me - ebook version, Q&A w/ David, and a private money presentation template

The other reason to have a website is to attract new prospective investors, which generally requires hiring an SEO consultant and generating a ton of content (articles, blogs, FAQs, etc) so that you rank on Google and get found, and some type of lead magnet (ebook, free report, or checklist)  that you can use to entice prospective investors to give you their contact information.

Whether you are out of state or eventually local, it will be beneficial to look into a a possible partnership with individuals who bring complimentary skill sets and value to the table.

If you keep them busy they should be able to do that for you complimentary.
