I was listening to one of the podcast David Greene and Brandon Turner on podcast 327. I really want the book BRRRR- and they stated that if you get it on BP website you get the bonus content. I can buy it on Amazon but I wont get the bonus content which has valuable information. Any suggestions please. Thank you.
