About three months ago there was a case wherein some folks used a cell phone app to consolidate each person's portion, and pay their rent from there.

I would pay someone to trace those people, or at least look for there cell numbers.These are actually great people to go after because other investors have bought this exact same list and they won't take the time to find these people.

That stuff made in China is known to have formaldehyde-a cancer causing chemical.

The comparison to the Internet and cell phones is not relevant - are you suggesting that tiny homes will be used by 85% of the population one day?
