It has an interface that shows me which leads need to be followed up on for the day.

I live in California, and given the horrendous state of the CA real estate market, I'm considering investing in properties.For the past few months I've been browsing through multiplexes on realtor.com, and have created a fairly extensive spreadsheet detailing numerous properties that look profitable.

A better user interface, with a more location aware ability would add value for sure.A more organized knowledge base.Standardized forms.Maybe an "Ask the expert" button.cheers,MC
