I appreciate your enthusiasm, and it's great that you are getting involved in RE at a young age, but you need to be realistic and understand that real estate investing is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a slow (but reliable) way to attain wealth over time.

We just had our first graduate from a basic course, she went through it in 3 days, part time and attained over 80%, the only experience she had was buying a home with her husband and she is moving on to strategies understanding how and why much better, basically her words, not mine.

I appreciate any assistance regarding where I can attain quality information.  

I just want to find the right broker to work with that will help me attain my goals.I plan on beginning my interview process next week.

I'm wondering if anybody has heard of any issues with ProSchools program in the last year, or have any other suggestions for what program to consider when trying to attain a OR Broker License? 

Unless you've attained financial freedom, I would say not.So has my house hack off the beaten path been worth it?  

I'm aware that BP is the hub of the fast pace REI knowledge that I'm seeking to attain.

I believe a return in the 7-8 % range is very attainable with minimal time.  

But maybe its worth it to you if you don't have 25% cash to put down and/or can't attain traditional financing?
