this stuff is driving me crazy lol but i am seriously interested in starting this adventure. the saddest part is i have read books and watch numerous podcasts and still i am just as puzzled as i was in the beginning...Also as a side note what comes first?

You are young (that’s an advantage) and you have a long runway ahead of you in this industry (multifamily syndication).I’d learn the business as much as you can (mentor/s, books, podcasts, blogs, conferences, etc…), find the piece of the syndication puzzle that you’re great at, or align best with, and team up with a group of existing operators.

Interesting and puzzling problem with a brand new tenant.

Definitely the most difficult piece to the puzzle but they’re out there.

The regional carrier is not affected by the catastrophic loses in others states which helps take at least one piece of the cost increase puzzle away. 

I have an awesome realtor who is a flipper as well, contractors, and many resources in place to hit the ground running.. just looking for this one missing puzzle piece to add to my team.
