If the house has sat on the market for more than a few days I would question what factors are scaring off other investors (bad area, foundation problems, extremely high repair costs, etc).

I know the place needs rewired, new plumbing, it has a cracked foundation etc. 

Check on the foundation, roof, plumbing, and electrical.

I hired a foundation contractor, framer and now my best friend who is a flipper has a team & is helping me finish up the rest. 

My main concern is with the foundation.

I've got my first property under contract and had it inspected a few days ago. i've looked over the inspection report and the major issues i see are related to foundation problems.
