We have golfing, resorts, river tubing, etc & snow skiing, (half the state is desert valley (Phoenix ) and the other half is mountains (Flagstaff).

Sellers in this market are easy to find.If I was a chainsaw salesmen in a desert i wouldn't be successful because despite having tons of chainsaws, no one needs one in a desert.

I'm a wuss when it comes to snow, so I finally left the upper midwest for the desert back in '06.

They are a lot of great people from SoCal (& other areas) who are regulars here.Keep in mind that although the prices are higher here than in other areas, there are still areas here where the median prices are low enough for beginner investors and the return rates are more favorable (like riverside, san bernandino, palm desert...etc)Good luck to you

Stardust, Desert Liquidators, and Building Materials Outlet are the few that come to mind.

Not much to see though since it is now just a bunch of defunct and abandoned buildings in the desert.

no, no deals currently. i have never, ever purchased through a wholeseller since they never have what i am looking for. 99% of the stuff i have is from the MLS. but you see what that's like now... like sahara!
