We have golfing, resorts, river tubing, etc & snow skiing, (half the state is desert valley (Phoenix ) and the other half is mountains (Flagstaff).

Sellers in this market are easy to find.If I was a chainsaw salesmen in a desert i wouldn't be successful because despite having tons of chainsaws, no one needs one in a desert.

They are a lot of great people from SoCal (& other areas) who are regulars here.Keep in mind that although the prices are higher here than in other areas, there are still areas here where the median prices are low enough for beginner investors and the return rates are more favorable (like riverside, san bernandino, palm desert...etc)Good luck to you

Since home prices in San Diego are pretty high, I was considering purchasing a multifamily property in the desert and wanted to see if anyone has experience in that market.
