You won't find an agent or even a wholesaler who will bring good wholesale deals to a newbie in San Diego. 

DC, Boston, NYC, San Francisco etc.  

Most don’t even bother to tune into job and unemployment numbers anymore due to how skewed different data sets have become.Even though the most conservative figures show housing rebounding, especially in hot areas like San Diego, there continue to be doubters.

@Brian Garrett I haven’t been to stores yet but looking for good resources and names so I San check them out .

I doubt many realize it was founded in Birmingham but are quietly opening an office in San Francisco that will eventually become their headquarters. 

The area I settled on was San Antonio.

We are currently closing on two MHP’s, one in Fayetteville, NC and one in San Antonio, TX.
