Ignoring her, as we tried a few times, didn't work out well as she then took to calling the Fire Dept and Police Dept to the house to respond to her non-emergencies...the good Uniformed men & women of our town weren't pleased and strongly suggested that I get her under control.In any event, I'll be watching for this OCD RED FLAG in future screenings.Rick

After he was arrested for breaking into my house and hitting me with a flashlight, he went to prison and she moved on the son moved back in with friends and the next thing the police were breaking into the house because of the drugs being sold out of the house.My point is the landlord never did rental agreements after the first one and just collected from whoever would give it to him.

If the car is too old and the towing company doesn't want it, maybe it could roll accidentally onto the street and stay at the curb, until someone calls the police, they ticket it and then tow it.

You will have to get direct from the police station in those areas.If you are thinking of buying an apartment complex for example but crime around it isn't bad but just the complex then you can buy and clean house.

That or have him sign a lease that says if for any reason you have to evict him (and lay out terms such as police visits to the property, complaints from neighbors, etc.) that he is not entitled to a refund of any rents.My sister had a similar guy renting from her and all was good until the SWAT Team showed up.

When I found out about all of this I called the police and told them that these people had broken into the property and were trespassing and I figured that the cops would remove them.
