Observing recent sales in the area, property seems to be going up in value, as the comps are selling for 10-20K above what I paid for it.

I attended my first foreclosure auction earlier this month just to observe, and have been reading and researching all about it ever since.

So, observing your mindset and numbers and this thread in the interest of constantly challenging my status quo.

I am simply making an observation that Investment companies are definitely overusing it as a buzzword and in many instances in very contradicting ways.

I have some small plexes and will offer a couple observations.  

This will be my second auction that I will be attending, so I am still in the observing/learning stage, but would be interested in meeting other BP members to network and learn a tip or two at these auctions.  

What i'm looking for is the chance to observe and learn from a Flip in progress.
