Harris County Texas Auction

Hello,

Anyone going to the upcoming Harris county auction on October 6th?  This will be my second auction that I will be attending, so I am still in the observing/learning stage, but would be interested in meeting other BP members to network and learn a tip or two at these auctions.  I have been focusing mainly on the tax deed sales, but I am quite nervous about jumping in and buying my first investment property since I am not 100% sure if this is the path I want to take.  I know I have to start somewhere, but just scared about not getting burned on my first deal.  Hope to see some of you there.
