There are a lot for sale all the time best is join Facebook groups assisted living etc in Az also lot of them are on MLS or bizquest

Hi, I've joined some communities online to network and find offmarket properties but it seems like people don't have a whole lot of information about the properties.

Join local investment groups or go to events.

I literally just joined their investing club a few days ago, joined one of their club meetings via web call...

I’m planning to initiate an STR in this locality and would love to join the community.
