Look for instagram accounts of local businesses.

I would focus on targeted Social Media groups on Facebook and Instagram influencers that can bring the right attention to your properties.  

I follow quite a few on Instagram and they give really good advice and even do live videos/Q&A.

But Rich Somers just made a short video on Instagram today and made some good points about this graph.

im truly motivated to become strong skilled in wholesaling properties.i work in the week as a bdc rep for a car dealer.my most time of is on the weekend.is this enough time to hunt for houses and also was thinking of adding some info on my instagram that i buy houses cash.any suggestion will help.im single no kids nothing.i make 45000 a month.but i i want more out of life.get what i mean?

Send out mail, go door knocking, hand out business cards at local business, put fliers out that you buy houses, tell everyone and anyone you buy houses, use Instagram and Facebook (yes I've gotten a lead from Instagram).

Also, I might only use postage for some of the envelopes, the others I'll hand deliver when I drive back to the area.When I get the chance, I'll revamp my old blog, setup a website, wash my Instagram to be real estate-oriented, Facebook/Twitter/Youtube for real estate.
