Drug dealers do need a place to live and if they get caught you evict them, I don't see anyone being personally liable for that in that it is not negligent nor condoning but rather affording someone their due privacy - if they get caught you evict 'emI am not personally inclined to pursue such a strategy, just fishing for some healthy debate and perhaps a few response from individuals who do succeed in such a niche.The mentality that you have displayed here (and one that I generally agree with) is that of the overhwleming majority of individuals and investors.

A broker told me the florida market took a turn for the worst and not to invest in florida unless it is a reo, and that you would be better off waiting a year to try and get financing for properties most lenders are pullind lending max to LTV 65%.The BP oil spill did a number on the fishing and tourism.

You'll have to think up another reason to give, other than you are hoping to steal their customers.Maybe fish and wildlife, or Customs, or somebody keeps track of where boats are docked and has a mailing list.You could also place fliers under car windshields in the marina parking lots (which will really tick off the marina owner.)Posters at marine supply shops might be useful.Boat sales yards might be interested in telling their customers about your offer.
