Dispute the item as an error to the credit bureau.

My idea is to find out the date the LOCs report to the credit bureau and then clear them out (pay them down low) just before that date, so that they will report a smaller amount - thus my Credit Score won't take as big a hit.

Nerd Enterprises is a good one to watch.

We have zoning for a reason, to control growth, and keep commercial enterprises separate from residential. 

Those Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSE's) have guidelines that the banks and mortgage companies have to follow if they want the loans they originated to get bought on the secondary market and ultimately sold in mortgage backed security pools. 

Any other private enterprise of yours would need to have a totally separate LLC.

But they were not directly involved but only lent money to the enterprise they said!

So no I don't have any specific websites to give you. i would first try the US census bureau.

If you start that as a new LLC, there may be tax benefits too, as the money moves between your two Enterprises.
