I also had a challenging life growing up - at 5 years old I was given to a wonderful family to raise me, my mother always worked (as a dancer on the Block in Baltimore) and had no time for me.At 12 years old I would ride the streetcars in Baltimore (Greenmount Avenue to North Avenue) selling newspapers, worked on a golf course carrying heavy golf bags and as a delivery boy for a restaurant during breakfast and lunch delivering food and washing dishes in the afternoon.

You can always try some of the paying meetups as well, like the John Fisher Breakfast Club or ICOR.And being active on here can help as well.

Make sure to sponsor the new teacher breakfast ever year.Classes to get your license should be fairly easy for you....you probably know 1/2 the info already.The common quote is to have six months of reserves, but everyone is different. 

From my understanding it’s quite possible to operate a room share or actual bed and breakfast on the property that you live on, but you probably can’t do the typical STR thing.The beaches are all INCREDIBLE but extremely expensive which hurts ROI.

Perhaps grabbing coffee/breakfast in the mornings could be an option before people get into their days.

If you don't have time to make breakfast, either hire someone or do just the B.I quit my job from what we were able to make from just our own home.  

They are generally very flattered, have time to spare, and enjoy an opportunity to meet for coffee, breakfast or lunch.
