Had that happen back in the 80's when water was 'cheaper'.Unless there is some magical place where each unit is plumbed separate(highly unlikely here),,,no way to tell who uses what amounts of waterI ask for concessions too and received zip,,,they dont care,,,they treated all the waste water,,,they did all they need to.Those alarm things wont work too well,,,how many times you see smoke detectors with battery pulled??

I have another module setup for "Touches" or follow-up when I call them.I won't touch the original excel sheet unless:1) I get another original call2) I decided to remail the list - in which I will save a 2nd file and delete the names that I already talked to.I should mention Podio is free (yes there is a premium aspect but most can get away just fine with it).

I did attend demo's for Propertyware, Rent Manager, Yardi - most of these are not that user friendly although they are bit more flexible in-terms of providing custom functionality, but get's expensive with all those optional modules!

We always check smoke alarm batteries and filters, and one of our longer-term tenants now actually leaves post-it notes around the place saying, loose closet door, or wobbly fan, and we fix anything minor that we can take care of while there.
