Hey guys, I wholesale full-time and recently started here in Upstate NY, I have some questions for someone familiar with real estate law/wholesale here and closings and will appreciate any help!

Why do you want to do wholesale?

I was studying the wholesale cases related to Massachusets/Boston and found a lack of information.

In terms of the investor side of things, I think I'm ready to start making some offers to do some wholesale deals.

Wholesalers are great resources since all of the work is already done for you.

Hi BP Community,I am hoping to connect with investor friendly brokers and/or wholesalers in the Denver area and am wondering if anyone has advice on best practices in creating these connections efficiently. 

Anyone have any recommendations for any of the following:-Local fix/flip mastermind groups or general real estate investing groups-Reputable hard money lenders with a good reputation - ideally one that has reliable contractor references-Fix/flip friendly contractors-Fix/flip friendly agent that has hyper-local market knowledge of North Dallas markets-Wholesalers worth talking to
