Since the applicable laws are state specific, I recommend you invest in getting the legal opinion and advice of a well informed attorney with an in-depth knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations promulgated by the state real estate commission before commencing your wholesaling business model.

Flipping houses and owning a painting business can actually complement each other very well, in terms of cross-selling services, developing connections, and new opportunities among other things.I guess my point is, before leaving an existing venture, make sure you have formally done your diligence via a business model, business plan, marketing strategy, etc.

We also have a hybrid equity/debt investment model which I believe to be quite unique to our company after speaking to some folks in the industry.The holistic approach is pretty much a BRRRR model but with a few unique twists we add for some sizzle unique to us. :)
