Hi: BiggerPockets team, can anybody give me someone that's doing virtual assistance from over seas?

As a Realtor and active buyer in the city I can tell you there are virtually no "deals" left in the fan area that would make sense from a cash flow prespective.

Tim Farrell thank you for extending a (virtual) hand and warmly welcoming a greenhorn such as me into the fold that is known as real estate investment.

As others have indicated, there is a cornucopia of information and experience roaming these virtual halls.While most of the information has universal application, be aware that in areas of finance, regulation, and taxation much of what you find here will have a strong U.S.A. bias and, in many instances, things are done differently here in Canada.  

So, through research I came up with the idea to offer virtual property management services for example (rental postings, lease generation, work orders follow-up, deposit accounting and so on) but it looks like most states require a broker for these services.

We now have over +300 members ^^ We've also had active BP bloggers like @Brandon Turner & even @Joshua Dorkin, CEO of BP, attend out meetups as virtual guests.We meet about once a month in Seoul.

After helping so many investors with their properties, and seeing them go on vacations, plenty of cash flow, and a virtually stress-free life (in large part due to our professional property management services), I'm ready to do it right this time. 

I'm not even sure if this would be the correct forum to post in but here goes:I am thinking about becoming a virtual property management assistant.
