I usually prefer consistency and a pattern but that is just me.  

I looked into a property being sold by fannie mae (through homeopath.com), the property is in pretty good condition all i would need to do really is remove the carpet and tile and install new tile throughout the house.  

Start to build up a feel for what material costs are like to fix up a floor, redo siding, tile a bathroom.That's all I have off the top of my head, good luck and good hunting!

Some of the other projects i have tackled include: roofing repair, gutter replacement, deck building, window replacement, drywall refinishing, electrical work, hardwood flooring, wall and floor tile and cabinet refinishing. 

Can I tile a floor, sure, however it takes me away from finding the next deal and generating income.

Hello Bp Pros,I am a Tile and stone Contractor in the Burlington Vt area.

I asked him how much he charged for tile labor and he said 6 dollars a square foot for flooring tile.

So light plumbing, painting, cabinets, tile, counters, light switches, outlets, fixtures etc...We are very driven and willing to do what it takes and more. 

This is particularly true if you establish a pattern of buying, rehabbing, renting for a year and selling.  

The front home is a 3/2 1300 sf with hardwood and tile throughout with central HVAC.
