To echo the voices above, I do have concerns with the current market with the government imposed restrictions as well as the market being way overpriced.

Besides deal machine and google voice (if needed) there isn't much apps that is needed for wholesaling.

Like I said there are deals everywhere I’m just voicing my opinion on where I think chicago stands.
