What recommendations does the BP community have on where to look for a good, reliable VA?

Hello guys,I am in search of a Contractor who can provide reasonable and reliable pricing on a project like this. 

I am looking for companies/people that are reliable and do good work.

The other thing is eChecks are more reliable than credit cards from a payment-processor's perspective. 

Zillow is not a reliable source for value, so make sure you have that nailed down, along with a realistic rehab budget, if you plan to flip.

I understand the calculations are supposed to give a rough estimate to a potential investor, but wanted to try gauge how reliable their analyses were.Thanks in advance!
