.- a 2bed 1bath would be most suitable so if need be i can come by and stay in 1 room.- would like to cashflow around $500/m net, ideally moreOPTIONS im considering, would be happy to hear what people think:- NJ Hudson county - jersey city etc areas which i already know, albeit prices are creeping up, not much realistically under 200k in terms of even a 1bed condo at this point.

But on your Google search page at the bottom where it says "Other places people searched" we are number 1 or 2.So Google is starting to recognize us after 2 months and we're moving forward.Report below: Traffic channels by session; Source/Medium; New vs returning visitors.Key- New visitor sessions is high and gaining which will push Google ranking.

I think there's a lot of pent-up demand being met by staycation visitors.

People should be able to have visitors within reason.

I like them both but I think #1 is only suitable for a bigger than usual living / family room(10+ft ceilings) not the normal 1200 to 1500sf of living space in a residency.
