Hi all, I'll keep this short.....I'm trying to search for properties through the Cook County Assessors Office website and having difficulty tracking down specific properties i'm searching. 

Mid 50s I think, quiet, no kids, clean, no pets, pays rent on time(he is a smoker but will gladly smoke outside).

Too many cooks in the kitchen and chances are they wouldn’t all add value as active participants in the business nor would they all want to.  

Hello all- I recently acquired a 2-flat in Chicago (Cook County, Illinois) and there are only two electric meters/panels.

With the B&B you have to have contact with your guests when you check them in, socialize with them, help them with their plans such as dinner reservations and inform them of things to do in the area, maybe have wine service depending on your area and level of hospitality, then in the morning there is breakfast either a continental or a full cooked sit down meal.

We pulled those out (all the previous tenants were indoor cigarette smokers so all drywall had to be removed from the entire property).

Generally, if the budget allows; it is good to have a decent quality water treatment system at least for drinking and cooking purposes.  

His average bill was  $160 per month .Then a single mother moved in , she cooked a lot , did lots of laundry , worked from home 2 days a week , kept the house warm and toasty in the winter and cool in the summer .
