The knobs look like little porcelain yoyo's with no slot and tubes are about the size of a bic pen, only porcelain which the wire goes through. 

Lesson here is to never waive the contingency UNTIL the Notice has been formally served by a process server.

I guess there are only so many "slots" or agents they allow for any given area.  

The only slot available was 7 am until 9 am before my first meeting.

LOLI would slot "knowing your market" at number 5 (before deciding your niche) and also at number 8.  

If you have never prepared a 3 day notice before, I would use a process server prepare & serve the notice to your tenant.
