@Linda Weygant  Isn't it the job of an elder sibling to  give, or at least share anything the younger one desires?

Most of the threats by T were verbal and against the siblings, but they don't want to risk it.  

I just envision a sister to a bunch of siblings, who the parents made the executor, and she's desperately trying to get the place sold before any of them can try to stop the sale, for whatever reason, which points to some kind of problem with the estate, which could be creditors, heirs, who knows.I'd proceed with caution and with a lawyer.  

My question is it easier to go through the eviction process or pay the tenant sibling so they can leave my property? 

The expectation is for my siblings and I take care of our parents, and we gladly accept this responsibility.

This happened with one of our tenants, who shares care of their senile mother for part of the year with another sibling.

But if they are all (except for 2 siblings) unrelated, I don't think that charging per tenant is a bad idea.

The man's "natural" children-- or siblings if he had no natural children, then siblings' kids would get the house.
