Question.For a quitcliam deed, does the seasoning start the day the deed is recorded or is it the date of instrument (the day that the deed is signed/notarized/delivered)?

The lender that I'm choosing to cash out with requires a 6-month seasoning period.

I say seasoned so maybe not by today's standards.

This season will pass and maybe it is a new manager or maybe it is just getting over this hump but keep on this path. 1.

I'm prepared to walk away if it just doesn't make sense anymore but feel as though I could use the advice of more seasoned investors on this. 

If you season the money in the LLC bank account no one will ask any questions.
