It didn’t dawn on me that they were loading the truck with my items.They stole 2 55” TVs out of my gaming room, EVERYTHING out of my kitchen cabinets including the dishes, glasses, small appliances: Ninja blenders, toasters, air fryers and more.

It also helps because you can listen to the videos while you are driving or doing the dishes, etc as opposed to RE Express where you need to sit down and read the slides.

It will be down for 24 hours shortly.Luckily we are not one of the cheap ones that doesn't provide Satellite or cable TV so not a huge problem for us.I have kept the guest informed multiple times today on the status and they have thanked me for trying.Meanwhile they can still watch TV.

However, mortgage agent is advising against any large purchases and does not suggest we dish out 15k right now for furniture, how else have people funded their furniture while under contract?

@Maranda TuckerI bought my first rental washing dishes making 13k a year with 17k saved up at 19 years old.

A countertop will handle the occasional pizza or baked dish for that delay.

Mice, holes, filth, dishes, cat stench, straight up ugliness inside, laziness, it's incredible. 

We ended up having to run to the store for dish soap, dish washing detergent....paper towels.

Use satellite view to look at the neighborhood from above.

This lists quiet hours, asks them to promptly do dishes, keep shared areas tidy, etc.I hope this helps s😀
