I think syndication is a great direction to move in down the road with your resume.

While no one knows when this will blow over, you can make a safe bet that normality will resume sooner rather than later.

Since enhanced unemployment resumed I've been getting rents in bits and pieces, but the ones who are behind owe me an average of 3-4K.

But I wouldn't start with the nuclear options (e.g. threatening to evict them unless they clean up the toys now).  

That being said, after we devalue dollar to effectively decrease the worth of the debt we owe and to spur our domestic manufacturing (increase exports, decrease imports) the dollar will strengthen again and resumes its status as reserve currency.

Serious players should be able to readily provide a history (a resume) of their lending along with supporting links/documents to courthouse records, etc.

If the N Koreans practice nuclear stuff or a catastrophe happens somewhere or there is geo-political unrest, my RE doesn't care.
