Bigger Pockets is a great resource and wealth of information.However, if you do not have the time to read through hundreds of post and articles here and than organize and figure out what order you should learn in, get a course, because time is money. 

They probably wont allow you to use an assignable contract so you'd have to double close or buy outright and then resell.

VERY difficult to buy rehab and resell in 5 months.. most lenders do 6 and or 9 months and most loans are written for one year. 

However, my main source of income is buying and reselling online.
