Hi All,

My name is Kristen Graham and I currently reside in Dallas, Tx working as a private equity fund accountant. I would like to begin my investing here sometime next year with a "househack" after my apartment lease is up. I would like to try to get into wholesaling before that if I can. I am looking into it. Any insight with that would be greatly appreciated.

I've been listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast for a little while now as well as researching about real estate investing. I just looked up real estate podcasts and was sold.

My overall goal with real estate is to retire early. My meaning of that is having the freedom to choose whether or not I have to wake up early everyday and punch a clock, while also being able to go on vacation if I wanted to. But until that happens, I would like real estate to help me with savings (wholesaling and househacking) and my ability to have "mini-retirements" in the meantime.

Hope to make some great connections here!

Sincerely,

Kristen
