NC uses attorneys for title search, I doubt there is a reputable title company in NC.

I know there are reputable companies out there (some of them are on here).

If you can afford IKEA or Amazon mattresses, get those.The main thing to keep in mind is your reputation is made with your first few bookings.

He is equally responsible as his PM and contributing to giving our business a bad reputation.

If this is your first one, hire a contractor, someone reputable, even if it costs you a little more, work right beside them and learn as much as you can.

We are obviously at the very beginning stages of all of this and there are a lot of things that we will be checking into with the city, insurance companies, paintball gear suppliers, etc, but the simplified version I see is:Initial planning and setup is very hands on butCan be managed with young/cheap labor once set up10 acres owner financed, only about 4 acres needed for paintball, 1 for their building5 acres available for other creative highest and best use scenariosProfit from paintball isn't really the point as we are continuing our business and other endeavorsIf the paintball field can pay for itself, pay for the land, and give us a few acres to play with in the meantime, is there a negative side I'm missing here?

One of them a real estate agent that has a reputation to protect. 

. $1000 on a roof from a reputable company vs tracking down some one if things go wrong... not something I would want to spend time/energy/money on.  

It seems the only people that leave reviews are those that benefit in some way from the review or those that intend to cause damage to a company's reputation and have no other recourse than posting online.
