@ Anson Young yes I would love to get together for happy hour after work anytime during the week once a week to talk about investment opportunities and keep tab on each other on what their progress is for the week like how many offers have they submitted, what is working, what's not, how to find foreclosed properties, etc...

Houses get cheap on the buy and progressively more expensive on the sell, and everyone jumps in at the same time.

Once you get in and start doing what your going to do with the property you certainly don't want an angry person destroying your progress IMHO.
