I have peers that went in to a real estate career and I have built a much larger investment portfolio despite not working in real estate because my earning power is significantly higher.

But people do live underneath these power cables all over the usa.

I'm not a lender, but it seems when the powers that be magically increase the interest rates- for a lender- that's just extra money without an increase in the deal or lender risk.
