Certainly a strong equity play in addition to the cash flow :) Should be live on Airbnb in march.By the summertime, we expect the combined cash flows from our properties to exceed $20k/month.

But to use a casino analogy, playing with "house money" and getting all the perks is the best way to vacation in Vegas.

Kar Im going to try and play devils advocate here; she definitely needs to adjust her attitude as there is no need to treat people that way no matter the circumstance.I just heard and checked the temperatures in Tennessee and most places this summer, and it’s hot there!
