If it’s something your truly not passionate about then that’s understandable.

I was talking about my passion for national parks and finding killer locations within certain parks that are not "mainstream" but having been gaining popularity over the years.

I have had a passion for real estate investing for a long time but never put the passion to use.

This isn't my passion or a field I've ever been part of. 

This assumes however that you have a good job/income that you are passionate about and you can and are ready to go 3-5 years with no money coming from this.If that isn't the case then wholesaling or other cash intake strategies are better. 

@Joe VilleneuveI’ve never looked into complex proofs in Geometry but with math being one of my passions I will probably dive deeper into that subject.As far as the complex word problems, I’d say that’s where I excel because I am well off on finding equations from the words.

I love being a nurse, so I needed to get creative with that benefit I had available to try and balance my career with the up and coming passion that I’m developing for real estate so as to not get burnt out.

I was talking to a family friend about my new found passion and goals, and he mentioned something in passing about how taxes change after you own a couple of properties. 

An important part for it is having a passion for it. 

I work in financial management for the Air Force but really want to switch to CRE (commercial real estate) as I have developed a strong passion for real estate.
