You can filter by bedroom/bathroom count, square footage, year built, acres, room features, construction materials, parking features, proximity to the subject property, sold within the past six months, fixtures, etc.

Large lot you can add an ADU, more parking, pool or take the pool out, add mother in law unit, etc.  

But why would lenders not loan if the park owns the home?

The construction of the Tulum Green School has resulted in a long waiting list of families wanting to relocate to Tulum, leading to several investors purchasing properties in the locations nearest to the beach or national parks, with delivery dates scheduled for 2024/2025.

Love living here as well, big city but has a lot of small town touches, Theme Parkes, historic attractions, military bases, great food, and friendly residents.

We are fortunate to have so many events and attractions which do balance out Disney and the other theme parks.
