The pad is great for a live/work contractor, since there's lots of space, nice house, and big warehouse - but not really as a rental property.What I'm actually leaning towards is unloading the break-even property, and transferring to something more suited to rentals.

Its interesting that you are hung up on me staying legal (which i never said otherwise) yet u pm me calling me names and that you would ruin my house if you had the chance, so i guess legality only applies when it suits you right.

From what I've found, you can hold the tenant liable for all court costs if you win the suit and they are evicted (not sure how often we actually end up collecting, but we can try, right!).
