Granted it will not be under that load constantly but I wouldn’t want to stress the beam being as though it is carrying the load of a pretty high roof.

I recently came across a vacant nursing home with brick exterior, pier and beam foundation on half the property and slab foundation on the rest of the property. it comes with about 6 full bathroomslaid through out the East, South, and West wings of the facility, about 5 half baths, one main kitchen area, and a pantry/partial kitchen area.
